• Adult Ed Community Meeting: Express your opinions

    On behalf of the Adult Education Regional Consortium of the Monterey Peninsula, I would like to extend an invitation to your organization to attend our upcoming community meeting. The members of our consortium are hosting the following meeting as opportunity to listen and gather community input on our region’s Adult Education needs and strategies for addressing those needs.

    Tuesday, October 28 from 10-11:30 a.m. at Pacific Grove Adult School Multi-Purpose Room, 1025 Lighthouse Ave, Pacific Grove

    Our consortium is currently working to assess the available programs, regional needs, and ways to improve our offerings and partnerships in the following five programs

    • Basic English and Math
    • Citizenship, English as a Second Language, and Workforce Preparation classes for Immigrants
    • Programs for Adult with Disabilities
    • Short-term Career and Technical Education
    • Apprenticeship Preparation

An A to F grade is assigned based on the health risks of swimming or surfing at that location. Look at the "dry" grade for all days except those "wet" days during and within 3 days after a rainstorm.
