    Carmel, Santa Catalina and Stevenson visited Pacific Grove for the Peninsula Cross Country meet Thursday afternoon at Pacific Grove High School. Scoring was multiple dual meets as follows:
    Boys
    Pacific Grove  15 Stevenson 49
    Carmel  15  Stevenson 49

    Girls
    Santa Catalina  25  Pacific Grove 30
    Pacific Grove 15  Stevenson 44
    Santa Catalina 20  Carmel 37
    Carmel 15  Stevenson 47
    Boys race was won by Jackson Bursch, PG  in 10:20, he was followed by teammates Dashiell Stokes and Everett Millette for a 1-2-3 sweep.
    Girls race was won by Michelle Watkins PG, bettering her course record from last week in a time of 11:57. She was followed by Maddie McKenzie of Carmel and Christina Hashimoto of Pacific Grove.

    Next up for Pacific Grove is the Roughrider Invitational in Fresno on Friday, October 17.
