    On March 23, 2017 at approximately 11:50 AM, California Highway Patrol, Marina Police Detectives, Monterey Police Officers, the Multi Agency Detail for Commercial Auto Theft (MADCAT), and the District Attorney’s Office Investigators assisted the Peninsula Regional Violence and Narcotics Team (PRVNT) Detectives with a search warrant in the 300 block of Berry Road in the Las Lomas area of North Monterey County.

    During the search, Detectives located two firearms, ammunition, six ounces of methamphetamines, twelve ounces of cocaine, two ounces of heroin, narcotics paraphernalia and seized over $13,000 in cash. One of the firearms was reported stolen from the City of Salinas. On the property, Detectives also located six stolen vehicles. One of the vehicles was reported stolen from the City of Monterey.
     

    Gustavo Uribe Jr., 27, of Las Lomas was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale, being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and ammunition, possession of a controlled substance while armed, child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance, vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, and resisting/delaying a peace officer. Uribe was transported to the Monterey County Jail and his bail was set at $90,000. Uribe also had outstanding warrants for being an unlicensed driver, driving on a suspended license, burglary, and possession of stolen property totaling $95,000.
