• Possible Transient Found Dead: Information Sought

    Pacific Grove Police looking for information on a deceased male found behind 176 Central Ave. this morning at about 11:00. A passerby reported seeing the male lying behind the building with some bedding and not being responsive. The address is the same as the Church of Christ.
    The man appeared to be a transient. There does not appear to be foul play, although Cdr. McSorley says the case is still under investigation with the Sheriff’s Coroner’s Unit.
    The deceased’s identification has not bee confirmed and no description is available yet. Anyone with information can contact the Pacific Grove Police Department at 831-648-3143.
